1 Lg. Carrot, shredded
1 Onion, finely chopped
1 Pkg. Wonton Skins
2 Garlic Cloves, chopped
2 Eggs, scrambled
Salt, Pepper, Soy Sauce to taste
Mix all ingredients. Wrap in wonton skins. (Use water to seal the skins.)
Cook in 1 1/2 inches of oil on medium for 10 - 15 minutes.
