Marshmallow Toffee Popcorn

3 Bags Popcorn, popped
2 Cubes Butter
1 8-oz. Bag of Small Marshmallows
1 1/3 C Sugar
1/2 C Karo
1 t Vanilla
Dash Salt (if the popcorn in UNsalted)

Melt together, stirring constantly to melt the marshmallows. Boil for 1 minute. Pour over popped corn and toss to coat.
