Spinach Noodles

1 Pkg. (10 oz.) Frozen Chopped Spinach
2 Eggs
1/2 t Salt
2 1/2 C flour (about)

Cook and drain spinach. Blend to make it smooth. Beat eggs and salt. Add the spinach and mix until smooth. Add flour a little at a time until dough is firm. Knead. Divide into four pieces. Let the dough rest for thirty minutes. Roll each piece into a 12-inch square. Let it dry for about 30 minutes, then cut into 1/4-inch strips with a pizza cutter.
