Bring to boil - slowly 1 C (2 cubes) margarine
1 C water
4 T cocoa
Meanwhile, mix well 2 C sugar 1 t soda
(thin batter) 2 eggs 1/2 C Imo
1/2 t salt 2 C flour
When cocoa mixture comes to a boil, add to batter,
mix well. Bake in large sprayed cookie sheet with
high sides at 375 deg for 20 minutes.
Frosting boil until bubbles 6 T evap canned milk
1/2 C margarine (1 cube)
4 T cocoa
add to 3 1/2 C pwd sugar
add & mix well! 1 t vanilla
For best results for a smooth frosting, finish the frosting
the same time the cake is done - frost just out of the oven.
Sprinkle frosting with 1 C chopped pecans, if desired.
