1/2 C Butter, melted
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup, undiluted
1 t Salt
1/2 t Pepper
2 C Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1/2 C Onion, chopped fine
2 C Sour Cream
Mix all ingredients together in a large cake pan.
2 C Ritz Crackers, crushed
1/4 C Butter, melted
Sprinkle crushed crackers over the potato mixture. Drizzle the butter over the top. Bake, uncovered, 45 minutes at 350'
