1/2 C butter
2 T sugar
2 oz. sesame seeds
2 pkg. beef Ramen noodles
1 pkg slivered almonds
Combine and fry in pan until toasted and brown.
1 C vegetable or olive oil
1/2 C red wine vinegar
1 C sugar
1/4 C soy sauce
Combine and mix well. Chill until ready to serve.
2 lbs. Bok Choy
6 scallions
Chop together.
Mix all together just before serving.
