Carrot Cake

4 Eggs
2 C White Sugar
3 C Shredded Carrots
2 C Flour
1 t Salt
2 t Cinnamon
1/2 t Nutmeg
2 t Soda
1 C Oil

Mix all together. Pour into a greased 9 X 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
