The yummiest EVER!
1 C White Sugar
1 C Brown Sugar
1 C Light Corn Syrup
Pinch Salt
1/4 lb. Butter
1/4 t Cream of Tartar
1/4 C Water
Melt butter. Add the rest of the ingredients and boil to soft ball stage. Remove from heat. When it stops boiling add:
1/2 t Baking Soda
Beat with wire whisk for about one minute.
Covers two large bowls of popcorn, but be sure to leave enough in the bottom of the pan to eat with a spoon!
